What is a Prayer Chain?

Our prayer chain is used to pass along news of prayer needs of the congregation. A prayer chain ministry helps to build a healthy dependence within the body of Christ that counteracts our culture’s spirit of independence and individualism.
It has been said that when we work, we work alone, but when we pray, God works. It is the work of God that we want to see, it is His hand that we want to see touch each heart and each life.

We are looking for people interested in joining our team and praying for a soldier. Pray Fast was initiated at Fort Hood, Texas to assign a prayer warrior to intercede for a soldier by name and pray for them the entire time they are deployed. Chaplin Cecil Wolfe reports that they have over 5,000 deployed soldiers who have requested a prayer warrior but are behind on prayer warriors to assign. Our soldiers need you to pray for them!
